Data Processing Agreement
Effective Date: May 28, 2025
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into between the Customer (“Controller”) and EZLinks (“Processor”), in relation to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
1. Subject Matter
This DPA governs the processing of personal data by EZLinks in the provision of its deep linking, attribution, and analytics services (the “Services”).
2. Roles of the Parties
Controller: The Customer
Processor: EZLinks
EZLinks processes personal data only on behalf of and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
3. Scope of Processing
Categories of Data Subjects: End-users of Customer applications
Types of Data: IP addresses, user agent, app usage metrics, referral sources
Processing Activities: Collection, storage, aggregation, analytics, and reporting
4. Confidentiality
EZLinks ensures that all personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by confidentiality.
5. Subprocessors
EZLinks may use third-party subprocessors for infrastructure (Vercel, Fly.io, Firebase). A list of current subprocessors can be requested at: privacy@getezlinks.com.
6. Data Security
EZLinks implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure data protection, including encryption, access control, and activity monitoring.
7. Data Subject Rights
EZLinks will assist the Controller in fulfilling its obligations regarding data subject rights, including access, correction, and erasure requests.
8. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, EZLinks ensures appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place.
9. Data Breach Notification
EZLinks will notify the Controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach.
10. Term and Deletion
Upon termination of the Services, EZLinks will delete or return personal data, unless retention is required by law.
11. Audit and Inspection
Upon reasonable request, EZLinks will provide information to demonstrate compliance and may allow audits subject to confidentiality and notice.
